This part is a new, reproduction C4 Shifter Interlock Solenoid which can be installed on any of the following Corvette models with an Automatic Transmission:

NOTE: This C4 Shifter Interlock Solenoid can be used to prevent the shifter from getting stuck in the PARK position. This is the part that is responsible for unlocking the shifter when the brake pedal is pressed.
