Submit A Core Return
The Corvette Salvage Crew has developed an easy-to-use core return process. Please read the Core Charge Policy and follow the steps below to get your core refund as quickly as possible.
CORE CHARGE POLICY (Pulled from the Terms & Conditions)
Corvette Salvage requires a core charge deposit when specific used and rebuilt parts are purchased. When purchasing an item with a core charge attached to it, the following two conditions must be satisfied for the core charge deposit to be returned:
- 60 days from the purchase of the original item, the original core must be returned to the Corvette Salvage facility. Shipping costs for core returns are the customer’s responsibility. Cost Of Delivery or Postage Due packages will be refused
- The returned core must pass rebuilding inspection tests. Corvette Salvage reserves the right to determine if a part is rebuildable. If a part is deemed not rebuildable, return shipment will be at customer expense.
Step 1: Ship Your Core
You are responsible for shipping your core item to the Corvette Salvage facility within 60 days of placing an order with a core charge attached to it.
To start the return process, place your core item in a box and ship it via FedEx, UPS or USPS to the following address:

SAFETY TIP: Dino’s Corvette Salvage is not responsible for damage to the core during the shipping process. Please package your item well before shipping to prevent 3rd party damage.

Once you have shipped your core item to us, fill out the form below to let us know it is on the way.

Step 3: Get Your Refund
Once your core item is received, it will be inspected. Core inspections are usually conducted within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the item. Please be patient during this process.
Upon passing the core check, your refund will be issued. You will receive an email update from [email protected] when your refund has been processed.
NOTE: Refunds can take 2 to 5 business days to process after passing inspection.
If the core item does not pass the inspection, the return shipment must be paid by the customer.
